Surfin Through the Scriptures

Now Enrolling ages 1-4 for the Summer Program

Spaces in the program can only be reserved with a paid enrollment fee.

Be obedient, be kind, be forgiving, be bold, and believe are the essential “Beach Be-Attitudes” that, through Surfin’ Scripture teachings will be the basis for your child’s Beach experience this summer in Mother’s Morning Out!

Registration Fee – All Ages -- $90 for full 6 week session or $15 for each week attending

Registration fees are non-refundable. All fees are due at time of enrollment.

Daily rate - All Ages -- $27.50

Hours – Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. each day 

2008-2009 -- August 18th , 2008 – June 4th , 2009

Required registration forms to enroll:
~ Registration Form – Front and Back (requires a notary. LifeSong has a notary on staff)
~ Photo Publishing Release
~ Handbook Form – acknowledging you have read the policies and procedures.
~ Current Immunizations

Call @ 407.273.8368 to ensure there is availability in the age group your child will attend and then bring the forms with the appropriate enrollment fee to at LifeSong Church.

Hours Of Operation
Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. each day
We operate on the same holiday schedule as Orange County Public School Systems (OCPS).

Child-Staff Ratios
Child-Staff ratio for LifeSong Church Mother’s Morning Out Ministry is 6/1
*Two staff/aides are in each room at all times.
