LIFESONG PRESCHOOL PROGRAM

LifeSong Preschool Program is a ministry of LifeSong United Methodist Church.

The vision of the LifeSong Preschool Program is to teach children they are loved by Jesus so that they can begin to experience living life in all its fullness as Jesus said, “I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.” – John 10:10 – The Message

Open Enrollment for Fall begins on April 5th
First Come, First Serve.
Space for older 3's and 4 year olds in the Fall session is currently full. Please call for availability before coming to enroll children in this age group.

ENROLLMENT - Fall 2010 Program

Enrollment is first come, first serve and you must bring your enrollment fee to secure your spot.  No spaces will be held without an enrollment fee.

		Turtles – 1 year old
		Seahorses – Young 2’s
		Seastars – Older 2’s
		Sand Dollars – 3 & 4 Year Olds
		Dolphins – 3 & 4 Year Olds

Email or call @ 407.273.8368 to ensure there is availability in the age group your child will attend and then bring the forms with the appropriate enrollment fee to at LifeSong Church.

Schedules and Ratios

Hours Of Operation
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
We operate on the same holiday schedule as Orange County Public School Systems (OCPS).

Child-Staff ratio for LifeSong Preschool Program is 6/1
*Two staff/aides are in each room at all times.

• Enrollment Form – (requires a notary. LifeSong has a notary on staff)
• Handbook Form – acknowledging you have read the policies and procedures.
• Immunization Record on Florida Blue Form
• Statement of General Health on Florida Gold Form
• Copy of Birth Certificate
